COMPANY BRIEF

PT. Kusuma Kemindo Sentosa is a national Importer, Stockist, and Distribution Company, dealing especially in Industrial, Food and Specialities Chemicals. The company was established in 1990. Starting from zero at the beginning and becoming a progressively growing company. Presently, PT.Kusuma Kemindo Sentosa is eager to develop in manufacturing facilities to support & strengthen its activities in the future.

At the moment, we are selling and distributing various chemicals products from many foreign and domestic principals to customers. At present, we are acting as the sole agent or distributor as well as stockist from outstanding multinational companies world wide.

PT.Kusuma Kemindo Sentosa (the company) was established based on Notarial Deed No.78 of Public Notary James Herman Rahardjo, SH, dated November 9, 1990 and approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic Indonesia in Decision Letter No: C2-1076.HT.01.01.Th.92 dated February 4,1992 and published in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No.71 dated September 4, 1992, Supplement No. 4319.

The Company's Articles of Association have been amended several times, the latest by Notarial Deed No.271 of Public Notary Paulus Widodo Sugeng Haryono, SH dated June 30, 1997 regarding adjustments in accordance with Law No. 1 year 1995 about Limited Companies. Such Amendment has been approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in Decision Letter No.C2-10.170.HT.01.04.Th.97 dated September 30, 1997.

Based on Articles 3 of the Company's Articles of Association, the Company is engaged in distributing, exporting and importing chemical substances for food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, agricultural and industrial purposes.

The Company domicile is at Komplek Green Ville Maisonette Blok FA No.12A, Duri Kepa, Jakarta, and it started its commercial activities in November 1990.

To serve our esteem customers, the company has its own independent warehouse in :

• Semarang
• Surabaya
• Medan

To serve the liquid bulk chemicals, our company also cooperates with other companies who have bulk liquid tank terminals with the capacity of 750-1500 KL in Merak & Tanjung Priok – Jakarta by rental system.
